James Buckley “Buck” Davis
James Buckley “Buck” Davis, 39, died Sunday, April 8, 2012. Born in Ashland, KY he was the son of Jim Davis (Betty) and Donna Rice (Mark) all of Ashland, KY. He was an RN and had worked in a trauma center. He love spending time with family and enjoyed riding his motor cycle. “Live to ride, Ride to live.” “Buck” was known to have a free spirit.
Surviving are his wife, Christie L. Davis of Cheraw, SC, daughters, Kinley B. Davis of Cheraw, SC, Emma G. Davis of Montoursville, PA, his parents listed above, a sister, Skyler D. (Mark) Elswick of Ashland, KY, maternal grandmother, Stella Lowey of Ashland, KY, nieces, Ashton Young, Embree Elswick, Sage Driggers, Georgia Driggers, nephews, Rylie Elswick and Spenser Elswick.
The family will receive friends 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Sunday, April 15, 2012 at Free Worship, Cheraw, SC. A Memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM following the visitation. A service will be held in Ashland, KY, time and date to be announced.
